As Pune is going into a 10 day lockdown from Monday, 13th July midnight, Tech Mahindra has arranged a company guest house for the employees to stay. According to the Pune Municipal Corporation, all the IT firms can operate with 15% capacity only during this 10 day lockdown. One of the Tech Mahindra spokesperson informed that the company is only operating with 1% of its employees whereas the government guideline is of 15% just for running critical engagements which cannot be moved to home.
